Sir,

I have the honour to enclose herewith report as requested.

I am sending this under seal to Mr T. Hayward who will forward to you on receipt of the sum of £54-17-6 the balance due to me.

Sir,

I have the honour to inform you that the report is in Mr Hayward’s hands under seal and that he will forward you the same upon receipt of the money due by you to me.

Unless Mr Hayward receives this money on Tuesday night I shall at once take proceedings against you for its recovery.

I think I have been very unfairly treated by you.
